Vegetable curry is very easy to make!




This is one of my favourite meals, vegie curry! I made enough for 2 people:)
Step 1: Peal and cut three small potatoes into chunks and put them on to boil until soft then add some frozen veg to the pan (they only take 5 mins to go soft)
Step 2: Take out the wok from your cupboard and add some oil, slice some mushrooms and add these to your wok, sieve the potatoes and vegetables then add them to the wok. Make sure the heat isnt too high, i'd recommend gas mark 4.
Step 3: Now all you need is to add the curry sauce and let it summer for 10 minutes.
Step 4: EAT!
